PAYMENT POLICY
All customers must be pre-paid prior to departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to 4wdtoursrus@gmail.com
Unlimited Sandboarding / Tin City / Extreme Sand Surfing
48 hours notice must be given for any cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations within 24 hours of departure time.
Sunset Picnic Tour
48 hours notice must be given for any cancellation otherwise a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred. 100% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations within 24 hours of departure time.
SPECIFIC TOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unlimited Sandboarding
- Cancellations within 24 hours and “no shows” or “change of mind” on the day will be charged full payment per tour booked as per confirmation of the reservation.
- The Unlimited Sandboarding Tour will operate regardless of the weather.
- Customers running more than 15 minutes late must contact 4WD Tours R Us to advise on 0429 206 009 and advise updated time of arrival.
- Bookings must be pre-paid
- Ticket payment price covers for Sandboarding Activity Only
Sunset Picnic Tour
- Final passenger numbers, with any dietary requirments must be advised 48 hours prior to arrival
- Cancellations within 24 hours and “no shows” or “change of mind” on the day will be charged full payment per tour booked as per confirmation of the reservation.
- 4WD Tours R Us reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Sunset Picnic Tour due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen situation that may arise
- 4WD Tours R Us will endeavor to cater for dietary requirements including gluten free and dairy, they do not guarantee that they can cater for any additional dietary requirements

Tin City Tour
- Final passenger numbers must be advised 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellations within 24 hours and “no shows” or “change of mind” on the day will be charged full payment per tour booked as per confirmation of the reservation.
- Departure times for this Tour are dependent on the Tide times, please contact us to confirm the departure time for your requested date
- The Tin City Tour will operate regardless of the weather.

Extreme Sand Surfing
- Final passenger numbers must be advised 24 hours prior to arrival.

Children
- 4 – 16 years inclusive
- Children, 3 years and under, receive Free of Charge entry
- Children aged 3 to 16 years inclusive, are eligible for the child rate.
Rates And Charges
- Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change at any time, without notice.
- Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Any verbal quote given is only an estimate of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation.
- All prices and other payments and conditions should be confirmed at the time of booking.
Responsibility
- Sometimes, third party products will be included in special packages. As an agent on behalf of this product or service 4WD Tours R Us shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers to fulfil such travel arrangements nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind made by those service providers following the acceptance of the booking by them. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those service providers.
- 4WD Tours R Us for itself, employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements.
- 4WD Tours R Us, its product and staff will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
- Please note that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations of various Governments are your responsibility.
- The Operator confirms and agrees that this agreement is confidential between the Operator and 4WD Tours R Us, and the Operator shall not, in any circumstances, divulge or permit to be divulged, the contents of this agreement.
