WE’RE HIRING – Customer Service & Office Assistant at 4WD Tours R Us
Due to an internal staff shuffle (no drama, just musical chairs) and continued business growth, 4WD Tours R Us is on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and slightly awesome Customer Service & Office Assistant to join our team.
We’re a tourism business, which means when everyone else is on holidays… we’re busy — really busy. If you enjoy a lively workplace and variety in your days, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will include a mix of:
Replying to customer emails (politely, even when they ask the same question twice)
Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Using booking and scheduling systems (we’ll show you the ropes)
Providing friendly, professional customer service
Helping keep the office running smoothly
About You
You’re probably someone who:
Communicates clearly and confidently (and knows when to use emojis and when not to 😉)
Has a friendly, positive attitude
Is organised and happy to learn new systems
Is comfortable using computers and online platforms
Works well in a team and isn’t afraid to ask questions
Has some basic database experience; full training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate fits in well with our systems and team
Is available to work possible weekends, school holidays, and peak periods (including Christmas and Easter), as these are our busiest times and when we need our team the most.
Hours
3 days per week to start
Extra hours may pop up during busy tourism periods
